This is Part 2 of Balance, or Proprioception, which is what often separates good athletes from great athletes. In this video I show different ways to stand on the Swiss ball, or stability ball, including one way to stand with one leg, to help improve your balance and isolate muscle groups seldom worked in typical workouts.
