Here are some tips that should help
-If you are having trouble moving from regular push ups to diamonds, just start moving your hands a little closer each workout until you can do them.
-For any type of uneven push ups where one hand is on the ground and the other is on another object, make sure you focus on the arm that is touching the ground.
-When you get up to the quarter and half one arm push ups, make sure you do some of the earlier progressions (like diamond pushups) after you do these. This will help you build strength for the lower half of the movement as well as the upper half. Another thing that will help with the one arm variations is turning your hand at about a 45 degree angle. You don't want your hand to be pointed straight ahead because you will lose balance. You also dont want to turn your hand completely sideways because this will be really bad for your shoulder muscles.
-You will get stuck on some excersises but keep pushing through it. You will eventually get through it if you really want too!
-If you are stuck on an excersise for a while start doing the excersise slower and this will help you build strength.
